Returns

Your satisfaction means everything to us.

If something isn’t quite what you expected, you can return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

During the holiday season (from December 1st to 23rd), returns will be accepted until January 7th, giving you extra peace of mind when shopping.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition
• Include all original accessories, packaging, instructions, and any documentation received at delivery

We kindly ask you to handle our jewelry with the same care and love with which it was created for you.

How to request a return

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A photo of the item you wish to return

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
